1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern use of the Let’s Pack app and website, provided by Let’s Pack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Once finalized and effective, these terms form the conditions for using the service. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the service.

2. A helping hand with packing
Let’s Pack helps you organize a packing checklist. Suggestions are general planning aids and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your particular trip. You are responsible for reviewing your list and deciding what to bring.
Check entry requirements, airline rules, baggage restrictions, and required documents with the relevant authorities and providers. Packing suggestions are not medical, legal, or other professional advice.
3. Using the service responsibly
You may use Let’s Pack for your own lawful trip planning, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Only provide content that you have the right to use. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for planning a packing list or receiving support.
4. Accounts and iCloud
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Optional iCloud sync depends on your Apple account, device settings, available storage, and Apple’s service. Sync may be delayed or interrupted. Keep access to a copy of any information essential to your trip, and review the consequences before deleting app or iCloud data.

5. Your content
You retain any rights you have in the trip details, notes, and lists you create. If you choose to send content to us for support or feedback, you permit us to use it to respond to your request and evaluate your suggestions.
Using iCloud sync authorizes the storage and synchronization needed to provide that feature. It does not transfer ownership of your trip details or lists to Let’s Pack.
6. Our materials
The Let’s Pack name, branding, software, and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, do not copy, sell, distribute, or misrepresent them as your own.
7. App stores and payments
Let’s Pack does not currently offer subscriptions. If you obtain the app through an app store, the store’s applicable terms also apply to that transaction. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced later, their prices and payment terms will be disclosed before you choose to purchase them.
Confirm the applicable app-store license and any one-time purchase terms. No pricing or refund restrictions are established by this draft.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the service to improve it, fix issues, or respond to operational needs. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. Keep your own copy of information you need for a trip rather than relying on uninterrupted access.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation and respect any remedies available to you.
9. Responsibility and your rights
We do not promise that a packing checklist will cover every item or requirement for a trip. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Any further warranty, liability, termination, or dispute-resolution provisions require review for the operator’s jurisdiction and the app’s actual offering.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It is currently a draft while app-specific practices are confirmed.
